摘 要:为提高球墨铸铁的表面性能,采用高速激光熔覆技术在其表面制备了Ni基合金涂层。分析了该涂层的物相、表面硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。结果表明:Ni基合金涂层主要由γ-Ni、Cr23C6、Ni2Si及Ni3B相组成。涂层表面平均硬度约为球墨铸铁的1.58倍,磨损量相较于基体磨损量减少65.7%;涂层以磨粒磨损为主并带有少量的剥落坑,基体主要为黏着磨损。Ni基涂层的自腐蚀电位Ecorr比基体的提高187.1 m V,同频时阻抗值大于基体的,其耐蚀性优于球墨铸铁的耐蚀性。To improve the surface properties of ductile cast iron,the Ni-based alloy coating was prepared on the surface by high-speed laser cladding technology.The phase,surface hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were analyzed.The results show that the Ni-based alloy coating is mainly composed ofγ-Ni,Cr 23 C 6,Ni 2 Si and Ni 3 B phases.The average hardness of the coating surface is approximately 1.58 times than that of ductile cast iron,and the abrasion loss is reduced by 65.7%compared with that of the substrate.The coating is primarily abrasive wear with a small amount of spalling pits,and the substrate is mainly adhesive wear.Compared with ductile cast iron,the self-corrosion potential E corr of Ni-base coating is increased by 187.1 mV,and the impedance value is greater than that of the substrate at the same frequency,and the corrosion resistance is better than that of ductile cast iron.
