摘  要:以风电大模数调质内齿圈为研究对象,采用3种不同浓度PAG水基淬火液进行对比,研究热处理前预开齿与未开齿对零件性能的影响。结果表明,预开齿与否,在淬火后本体硬度波动范围为1%左右,对零件力学性能和金相组织影响不大,淬火液浓度对零件淬火后硬度值影响较小,抗拉强度和屈服强度随着淬火液浓度的增加呈抛物线趋势,金相组织在8%和10%浓度下相同,在8.5%浓度下,预开齿后调质件齿根处金相组织优于未开齿调质件。Take the large modulus wind power annular gear with hardening and tempering as the research object,three different concentrations of PAG water-based quenching for comparison were used and the effect of mechanical properties whether to pre-opening teeth or not before heat treatment was studied.The results show that,when the hardness of the quenched body fluctuates within 1%,to pre-opening teeth or not has little effect on the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of parts.The concentration of quenching liquid has little effect on the hardness of parts after quenching.The tensile strength and yield strength show a parabolic trend with the increase of quenching liquid concentration.The metallographic structure is the same at 8%and 10%concentration,when at 8.5%quenching liquid concentration,the pre-opening teeth hardened and tempered piece's metallographic structure of tooth root is better than that of the no pre-opening teeth.
