摘  要:在文化体制改革的背景下,股份制改造已经成为出版传媒产业提高自身竞争力、向现代经营管理模式过渡的必由之路。出版传媒产业进行股份制改造有利于提高企业筹资能力、明确产权归属、分散经营风险,实现传媒产业的可持续发展和利益共享。本文在借鉴《新国际主义者》和南航传媒股份制改造经验的基础上,提出我国出版传媒产业股份制改造的实现路径:推进产权主体多元化,促进文化资源的自由流动和合理配置,坚持党的领导与出版传媒产业股份制改造相结合,合法、合规经营,以为我国出版传媒产业股份制改造提供方向和思路,助力我国文化产业蓬勃发展。In the background of the reform of the cultural administrative system,shareholding reform has emerged as the immutable road for publishing and media industry to improve their competitiveness in its transit to a modern management mode.Among the chief benefits are:advancement of funding ability,clarification of property ownership rights,added leverage in risk distribution,sustainable development,and benefit sharing.With reference to morals drawn from The New Internationalist,as well as to experiences of shareholding reform as was conducted by China Southern Airlines Media,the present paper explores the possible routes for effective shareholding reform in Chinese publishing and media industry,including:advancing the diversification of property ownership rights,promoting the free flow and rational allocation of cultural resources,adhering to the combination of party’s leadership and shareholding reform,and abiding by laws and rules.It is expected that such an exploration may help provide perspectives for reforming the publishing and media industry,as well as new thinking in the practical drive at reinvigorating the cultural industry.
