摘　　要：文章基于2005—2020年中国30个省份的省级面板数据,剖析了房价、技术创新与经济高质量发展之间的深层关联。研究发现,房价通过技术创新这一影响渠道对经济高质量发展产生抑制作用。异质性研究表明,房价对于经济高质量发展的影响在区域间存在系统性差异。空间效应研究发现,经济高质量发展具有空间层面的“溢出效应”。Based on provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2020,this paper analyzes the deep association between housing prices,technological innovation and high quality economic development.It is found that housing prices have an inhibitory effect on high quality economic development through the channel of technological innovation.The heterogeneity study shows that the impact of housing prices on high quality economic development varies systematically between regions.The spatial effect study has found that the high quality economic development has a"spillover effect"at the spatial level.
