摘 要:研究提高胎坯立体仓库出入库效率的方案。自动化胎坯立体仓库涉及的主要设备包括有轨制导车辆、自动引导小车、电气单轨系统、堆垛机和输送系统等,出入库效率直接限制了产能的提升;自动化胎坯立体仓库的库容量、堆垛机的运行速度、出入库程序等均对出入库效率的提升起至关重要的作用;在不要求胎坯绝对的先入先出情况下,胎坯直接流入下道工序生产,当下道工序暂存工位满时,堆垛机将胎坯入库暂存,等待取用,这种出入库程序对运行效率的提高优势明显。The schemes for improving the outbound and inbound efficiency of the three-dimensional warehouse for green tires were studied.The main equipment of the automated three-dimensional warehouse for green tires included rail guided vehicles,automatic guided trolleys,electrical monorail systems,stackers,and conveying systems,and the outbound and inbound efficiency directly affected the production capacity.The storage capacity of the warehouse,the operating speed of the stackers,and the outbound and inbound process all played a crucial role in the improvement of the efficiency.In one of the improved schemes,the green tires were directly transferred into the next production process if no absolute first-in first-out of green tires was required.The green tires were put in the warehouse only when the temporary storage station of the next process was full,which could significantly improve the outbound and inbound efficiency of the green tire warehouse.
