摘 要:正史中的孝子传以叙述孝子及其孝行为主要内容,是宣扬儒家传统孝道观念的主要阵地。与早期孝子传不同的是,中古正史孝子传在叙述孝子行孝的过程中开始掺入诸多佛教元素。除却中古时期佛教逐渐发展壮大的背景影响外,这一现象的出现也与佛教的主动适应和儒家文化的包容性有关。为弥缝儒释双方在孝道层面的争执,佛教元素自始至终以助孝手段出现于中古正史孝子传,且并未动摇儒家的孝道地位,因而无论是官方还是民间对于带有佛教特色的孝行通常给予正面的评价,这为孝子传接纳佛教元素奠定了基础。同时,在融入孝子传的过程中,佛教元素也充分借助了已有的且日渐成熟的孝感叙事模式。中古正史孝子传中对于佛教元素的接纳,为我们认识佛教本土化提供了一个不同视角。The Biography of Filial Piety in the medieval official history narrates stories of filial sons and their acts of filial piety.It serves as the main channel to promote the traditional Confucian concept of filial piety.Unlike the early version,it incorporates many Buddhist elements when describing the filial piety of the sons.This phenomenon can be attributed to the gradual development and growth of Buddhism in the Middle Ages,as well as the active adaptation of Buddhism and the inclusiveness of Confucian culture.In order to resolve the disputes between Confucianism and Buddhism regarding filial piety,Buddhist elements appear throughout the biography of filial piety in the official history of the Middle Ages.However,they do not undermine the status of filial piety in Confucianism.As a result,both official and private individuals generally respond positively to filial piety with Buddhist characteristics and evaluation,laying the foundation for the acceptance of Buddhist elements in filial piety.At the same time,in the process of integrating Buddhist elements into the biographies of filial sons,they make full use of the existing and increasingly mature narrative mode of filial piety.The acceptance of Buddhist elements in the Biography of Filial Piety in the official history of the Middle Ages also provides a perspective for understanding the localization of Buddhism.
