新冠病毒抗体三项在体检人群中的应用

摘　　要：目的对新冠病毒感染康复的体检者进行新型冠状病毒特异性IgM抗体、IgG抗体和总抗体的检测,了解康复后体检人群抗体产生的整体情况及个体免疫的反应能力。方法纳入2023年1月3–15日进行体检的受检者,共12463例,从整体阳性率和COI结果变化情况,不同性别和不同年龄抗体变化情况来进行抗体产生情况的分析。采集血液样本,使用化学发光法检测三种新冠病毒抗体,然后进行数据分析。结果总抗体的阳性率为97.91%,IgG抗体的阳性率为96.61%。男性和女性三种抗体的COI检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总抗体和IgG抗体阳性率和COI检测结果平均值随着年龄的升高而降低,IgM抗体阳性率和COI检测结果平均值随着年龄升高而升高。结论对于本时间段体检人群(多数为新冠病毒感染康复者),三种新冠病毒特异性抗体的检测可以更清晰准确地显示体内抗体产生的情况,97%以上的受检者体内产生了抗体。Objective We aim to provide data for evaluating antibody production and individual immune responses in physically examined people,most of whom were COVID-19 recovers,by detecting the specific IgM,IgG types and total antibodies against SARS-Cov-2.Methods A total of 12463 subjects who underwent physical examination from January 3 to 15 of 2023 were included.The antibody production was analyzed by the overall positive rate and COI results,and the change of antibodies in different genders and ages were analyzed as well.We collected blood samples,used chemiluminescence method to detect three antibodies and conducted data analysis.Results The positive rate of total antibody and IgG antibody was 97.91%and 96.61%,respectively.The COI test results of the three antibodies in men and women were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive rate and average values of COI test results of total antibody and IgG antibody decreased with age,while the positive rate of IgM antibody and the average value of COI test results increased with age.Conclusion For these people mostly recovered from COVID-19,detection of three specific antibodies against SARS-Cov-2 may more accurately show the production of antibodies,and more than 97%of the subjects have produced antibodies.
