摘 要:为了有效提高低渗透煤层的渗透率和防尘效果,以新元公司31001综采工作面为研究对象,开展了煤层机械造穴后注水技术研究。通过数值模拟分析了机械造穴钻孔周围裂隙和孔隙率变化规律,对机械造穴参数及注水参数进行了优化;在此基础上对综采工作面煤层进行机械造穴增透,分析煤层注水前后煤样水分含量及粉尘含量,并与普通钻孔注水防尘效果进行了对比。结果表明:机械造穴增透注水后煤层水分为普通注水的2.9~3.1倍;增透煤层注水后的呼吸性粉尘与全尘含量的降尘率分别是采用普通注水的1.8~2.5倍和1.9~3.1倍。To effectively increase the permeability and dust control effect of low permeability coal seams,a study on water injection technology after mechanical cavitation was carried out with the 31001 fully mechanized working face of Xinyuan Company as the research object.Through numerical simulation,we analyzed the variation law of cracks and porosity around the drilling holes of the mechanical cavitation,optimized the mechanical cavitation parameters and water injection parameters,increased the permeability in the fully-mechanized working face by the mechanical cavitation,analyzed the moisture content and dust concentration of coal samples before and after water injection,and compared the dust control with ordinary water injection drilling holes.The results show that the moisture content of the coal seam after mechanical cavitation and water injection is 2.9 to 3.1 times of that using ordinary water injection;the dust reduction rates of respirable dust and total dust content after water injection in the increased permeability coal seam is 1.8 to 2.5 times and 1.9 to 3.1 times of that using ordinary water injection,respectively.
