摘  要:梁宝寺煤矿3306皮带顺槽DF38正断层高冒区曾发生高分子材料着火事故,因此在3306皮带顺槽机头门口以里3 m附近进行了永久密闭。为了确保火区的安全启封和工作面的安全掘进,通过实时监测气体情况,待火区达到启封条件再采用巷道逐段分步启封的方式进行三段启封并排水;同时对启封效果进行了分析,启封期间火区内气体组分变化较小,且启封后无复燃的可能性,火区状态基本稳定,保障了大区域复杂条件下火区的成功启封和工作面的安全掘进。It was permanently sealed within 3 m from the entrance of the head of the 3306 belt conveyor gateway,due to a fire accident of polymer materials in the top-caving area of DF38 normal fault in Liangbaosi Mine.To ensure the safe unsealing of the fire zone and the safe excavation of the working face,the gas was monitored in real time.When reaching the unsealing conditions,the area was unsealed and extracted in three stages in a step-by-step manner.At the same time,the sealing effect was analyzed:the change of gas components in the fire zone during sealing was small,and there was no possibility of reignition after unsealing;the fire zone was stable,which could guarantee the successful unsealing of the fire zone and the safe excavation of the working face under the complex conditions in a large area.
