摘　　要：作为“互联网原住民”的95后、00后,网络已成为其生存的重要空间、生活的主要工具和发展的重要手段。同时网络也不可避免地具有意识形态属性,网络内容、网络语言、网络道德等对青年影响广泛,由此带来的网络意识形态风险值得重视。防范和处理好青年网络意识形态风险,事关国家总体安全、事关人才培养质量、事关民族发展未来。青年网络意识形态风险的样态具体表现为价值上的“众声喧哗”、内容上的“圈层隔阂”、传播上的“蝴蝶效应”、平台上的“过滤气泡”、管理上的“媒介鸿沟”等,由此导致主流意识形态在价值上遭到弱化、在内容上遭受质疑、在传播中遭遇风险、在平台上遭逢对抗、在管理上陷入滞后。推进青年网络意识形态的治理,要高度重视青年人的认知特点和话语习惯,寻求共识以“铸魂”、增强供给以“体认”、织牢业态以“制高”、构筑载体以“筑巢”、缘法而行以“同心”,提升青年人对主流意识形态的认同度。As"Internet natives",post-95s and post-00s,the Internet has become an important space for their survival,a major tool for their life and an important means for their development.At the same time,the Internet inevitably has ideological attributes,and online content,online language and online morality have a wide impact on young people,and the resulting online ideological risks deserve attention.Preventing and dealing with the ideological risks of youth network is a matter of national security,talent training quality and national development future.Youth network ideology is manifested by the"clamor"in value,"circle barrier"in content,"butterfly effect"in communication,"filter bubble"in platform,and"media gap"in management."This has led to the mainstream ideology being shaken in value,questioned in content,risked in dissemination,confronted in platform,and lagged in management.To promote the governance of youth network ideology,we should pay great attention to the cognitive characteristics and discourse habits of young people,seek consensus to"forge the soul",enhance the supply to"identify",weave a firm industry to"control the high",and construct a carrier to"build".We should seek consensus to"forge the soul",enhance supply to"recognize",weave a firm industry to"control the height",construct a carrier to"build a nest",and act in accordance with the law to"be of one heart",so as to enhance young people's recognition of mainstream ideology.
