摘　　要：目的了解2020—2021年台州市60岁及以上老年人联合接种三价灭活流感疫苗和23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗的安全性。方法通过中国疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)信息管理系统,收集2020—2021年台州市60岁及以上老年人联合接种流感疫苗和肺炎疫苗后发生AEFI的监测数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行安全性监测分析。结果台州市2020—2021年报告AEFI共207例,报告发生率为43.15/10万剂,其中一般反应、异常反应报告发生率分别为37.11/10万剂和3.75/10万剂。不同区县一般反应报告发生率不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.37,P=0.001);女性一般反应报告发生率(44.84/10万剂)高于男性(28.71/10万剂),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.40,P=0.004)。结论台州市60岁及以上老年人联合接种三价灭活流感疫苗和23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗安全性较好。Objective To understand the safety of combined vaccination of trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine and 23 valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine for elderly aged 60 years and above in Taizhou,2020-2021.Methods Through Chinese Adverse Events Following Immunization(AEFI)Information Management System,surveillance data of AEFI after combined vaccination of influenza vaccine and pneumonia vaccine for elderly aged 60 years and above in Taizhou were collected,and vaccination safety was analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 207 cases of AEFI were reported in Taizhou from 2020 to 2021,with an incidence rate of 43.15/100000 doses.The incidence rates of common and rare adverse reactions were 37.11/100000 doses and 3.75/100000 doses,respectively.The incidence rates of common adverse reactions among different districts were significantly different(χ^(2)=25.37,P=0.001).The incidence rate of common adverse reactions among females(44.84/100000 doses)was significantly higher than that among males(28.71/100000 doses;χ^(2)=8.40,P=0.004).Conclusions The combined vaccination of trivalent inactivated influenza vaccine and 23 valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine for elderly aged 60 years and above in Taizhou is safe.
