摘  要:以不结球白菜品种甬青8号为试材,采用软腐病菌叶基部刺伤接种法,开展了不同温度、湿度和接种量对不结球白菜软腐病发生影响的研究。结果表明:温度、湿度和接种量对软腐病的发生均有显著性影响,发病率和病情指数都随着温度的增加而上升,30和35℃处理的发病率与病情指数都分别达到100%和100,均显著高于其他处理,而20℃处理的发病率与病情指数分别为52.67%和36.48,均显著低于25℃处理;湿度是影响软腐病发生的关键因子,高湿有利于病害的发生,RH为80%~100%处理的发病率和病情指数都分别达到100%和100,均显著高于其他处理,而RH为0%~60%处理的发病率和病情指数分别仅为2.67%和1.52,均与清水处理(CK)无显著性差异;发病率和病情指数均随着接种量(菌液浓度)的增加而上升,菌液浓度为1×10^(6)和1×10^(8)CFU/mL处理的发病率和病情指数都分别达到100%和100,均显著高于其他处理,而菌液浓度为1×10^(2)CFU/mL处理的软腐病发病率和病情指数分别仅为6.00%和5.05,均与CK无显著性差异。Using non-heading Chinese cabbage Yongqing No.8 as experimental material,the influence of variable temperature,air relative humidity(RH)and inoculum on the occurrence of soft rot in non-heading Chinese cabbage was studied via the leaf base puncture innoculation.The results showed that the factors of temperature,air relative humidity and inoculum significantly influenced the occurrence of soft rot.With the increase of temperature,the morbidity and disease index increased,reaching 100%and 100,respectively both at 30℃and 35℃which were significantly higher than the other treatments,while at 20℃were 52.67%and 36.48,respectively,significantly lower than at 25℃.Air relative humidity is the key factor affecting the occurrence of soft rot;high humidity is conducive to the occurrence of diseases.The morbidity and disease index of RH 80%-100%treatment were 100%and 100,respectively,both significantly higher than those of the other treatments,while those of RH 0%-60%treatment were only 2.67%and 1.52,respectively,not significantly different from CK(clean water treatment).The morbidity and disease index increased with the increase of the inoculum(concentration of bacterial solution),reaching 100%and 100,respectively at an inoculum of 1×10^(6)or 1×10^(8)CFU/mL,which were significantly higher than the other treatments,whereas were only 6.00%and 5.05,respectively at an inoculum of 1×10^(2)CFU/mL,presenting no significant difference compared to CK.
