摘　　要：目的 利用快速卫生技术评估方法评价个人数字助理(PDA)应用于静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的有效性、安全性、经济性和社会适宜性,为PDA在我国PIVAS中的广泛应用提供循证医学证据。方法 系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台,检索时间为建库至2022年9月。由两位评价者根据拟订的纳入排除标准独立筛选文献、评估文献质量,进行数据提取后,对研究结果进行综合比较与分析。结果 共纳入14篇文献,其中前后对照研究8篇,经验分享6篇。PDA应用于PIVAS,通过提高输液药物配置速度、减少退药时间等方面提高有效性;通过提高输液药物配置的准确率、减少污染等方面提高安全性;通过减少浪费等方面间接增加了经济性,但缺乏相关的经济学研究;通过提高药师积极性,提高患者及临床科室满意度而增加社会适宜性,但证据不充分。结论 PDA应用于PIVAS,具有一定的有效性、安全性,但目前研究证据有限,需进一步完善安全性和有效性相关研究,补充经济学研究和社会适宜性研究,为PDA应用于PIVAS的循证决策提供证据支持。Objective Through rapid health technological assessment of personal digital assistant(PDA)in pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS),to evaluate its efficacy,safety,economy and social suitability,and to provide evidence-based medicine evidence for the extensive application of PDA in PIVAS in China.Methods Pubmed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,WanFang were searched from the establishment of database to Sep 2022.Two researchers independently conducted article screening quality evaluation and data extraction based on the inclusion/exclusion criteria,and analyzed the data in the literature.Results A total of forteen studies were included.The research types were eight before and after control studies,six experience sharing studies.When PDA was used in PIVAS,the effectiveness was improved by increasing the dispensing speed and reducing the time of handling refund drugs,the safety was improved by improving the accuracy of infusion drug configuration and reducing contamination.It indirectly increases economy by reducing waste,but there is a lack of relevant economic research.The social suitability was increased by improving the enthusiasm of pharmacists and the satisfaction of patients and clinical departments,but the evidence was insufficient.Conclusion The application of PDA in PIVAS has certain effectiveness and safety,but the current research evidence is limited,so it is necessary to further improve the relevant studies on safety and effectiveness,supplement the economic research and social suitability research,in order to provide evidence support for the decision-making of application of PDA in PIVAS.
