摘 要:为筛选适于防治蔬菜种植地黄曲条跳甲的药剂,了解黄曲条跳甲对常用杀虫剂敏感性随季节变化的情况,开展试验测定15种药剂对黄曲条跳甲的毒力,并连续监测不同时期的黄曲条跳甲对杀虫剂的敏感性及其体内相关解毒代谢酶的活力变化。结果表明,辛硫磷对黄曲条跳甲的毒力最高,LC50为0.61 mg/L,溴氰虫酰胺、吡虫啉居次,LC50分别为17.59、17.69 mg/L,杀虫双、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和环氧虫啶也对其具较高杀虫活性。经监测发现,6月黄曲条跳甲对杀虫剂的敏感性最低,3月、9月和10月敏感性较为接近;其体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)、多功能氧化酶(MFO)及羧酸酯酶(CarE)在不同月份的活性高低排序为6月>10月>9月>3月。在不同时期施药防治黄曲条跳甲需注意调整剂量,同时注意轮换使用不同作用机制的药剂,以延缓抗药性的发展。To screen suitable pesticides for the control of Phyllotreta striolata in vegetables and to understand the seasonal sensitivity of P.striolata to commonly used pesticides,the toxicity of 15 pesticides against P.striolata was determined.The seasonal sensitivity of P.striolata to different insecticides and the activity of related detoxification metabolic enzymes were continuously monitored in different periods.The results showed that phoxim had the highest toxicity against P.striolata,with an LC50 of 0.61 mg/L,followed by cyantraniliprole and imidacloprid with the LC50 of 17.59 and 17.69 mg/L,respectively.Bisultap,sulfoxaflor,dinotefuran,and cycloxaprid also exhibited relatively high insecticidal activity against P.striolata.In addition,the monitoring results revealed that the sensitivity of P.striolata to insecticides was the lowest in June,while the sensitivities were similar in March,September,and October.The activity of glutathione S-transferases(GSTs),multifunctional oxidases(MFOs),and carboxylesterases(CarEs)in P.striolata was ranked from high to low in June,October,September,and March.Based on the analysis,to delay the development of resistance,the dosage should be adjusted in different periods,and the pesticides with different modes of action should be used alternately.
