摘 要:为明确引起毛叶木姜子轮纹叶斑病的病原,采用组织法和单孢法进行病原菌的分离纯化,按柯赫氏法则验证分离物的致病性,并通过形态学观察和真菌rDNA-ITS序列分析鉴定其种类,随后开展田间试验筛选适宜的防病药剂。研究结果表明,引起该植物轮纹叶斑病的病原菌为间座壳属(Diaporthe)真菌;70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂和25%三唑酮可湿性粉剂在第2次施用后15 d的病指防效在90%左右,可作为田间防治该病的候选药剂。In order to identify the pathogen causing the ring-shaped leaf spot disease of Litsea mollis Hemsl.,we isolated and purified the pathogen using the tissue isolation method and single spore isolation method.The pathogenicity of the isolate was verified according to Koch’s postulates,and the species of the pathogen were identified through morphological observation and fungal rDNA-ITS sequence analysis.At the same time,the control agents were screened through field efficacy tests.The results showed that the pathogen causing leaf spot disease of L.mollis was Diaporthe sp.Through the field efficacy test,it was found that 70%thiophanate methyl WP,50%Carbendazim WP,and 25%triadimefon WP could be used as candidate fungicides to control this disease in the field,their final control effects are about 90%.
