摘  要:为筛选对陕西草地贪夜蛾种群灵敏度高、诱捕性能强的性诱剂,2022年8—9月在陕西兴平市玉米田对宁波纽康生物技术有限公司(NK)、江苏宁录科技股份有限公司(NL)、深圳百乐宝生物农业科技有限公司(BLB)、北京黄将军科技有限公司(HJJ)和北京中捷四方生物科技股份有限公司(ZJSF)等国内5个企业生产的草地贪夜蛾性诱剂进行了诱捕效果试验。结果表明,试验期内NK、NL和BLB诱芯监测到两个成虫高峰,且峰值日期一致,峰期诱集量较高,ZJSF诱芯仅监测到其中1个诱蛾高峰,HJJ诱芯峰值不明显;NL和NK诱芯日均诱捕量分别为4.15头和3.51头,高于BLB诱芯,显著高于HJJ和ZJSF诱芯;NK诱芯诱集的专一性显著最好,其次为BLB和NL诱芯,三者草地贪夜蛾诱集量占比分别为91.52%、75.49%、71.60%。NK、NL和BLB诱芯更适合当地草地贪夜蛾的田间监测和防控。To screen sex attracta nts with high sensitivity and strong trapping performance on Spodoptera frugiperda in Shaanxi province,the trapping effects of five commercial sex pheromone attractants of S.frugiperda were tested in the corn field of Xingping City from August to September 2022.The results indicated that during the experiment period,two population peaks of S.frugiperda adult were detected with the NK,NL,and BLB lures,with consistent peak dates and high peak catches.In contrast,only one peak was detected by the ZJSF lure and the peak day was not obvious.The daily mean catches of S.frugiperda in the NK and NL treatments were 4.15 and 3.51,respectively,higher than in the BLB treatment and significantly higher than in the ZJSF and HJJ treatments.Among the tested attractants,the specificity of NK lure for S.frugiperda was the highest(91.52%),followed by BLB(75.49%)and NL(71.60%)lures.NK,NL,and BLB lures were more suitable for field monitoring and control of S.frugiperda in Xingping.
