摘 要:锥形件剪切旋压技术是在强力旋压技术基础上发展而来的针对薄壁锥形件的回转成形方法,能够在保证产品质量和成形精度的同时显著提高生产效率。本文综述了近年来开展的锥形件剪切旋压试验和模拟研究,分析了当前锥形件剪切旋压研究的主要方向,总结了各工艺参数对成形质量的影响规律,阐述了起皱、不贴模等缺陷产生的原因及改进措施,介绍了锥形件剪切旋压发展方向。最后指出了锥形件剪切旋压亟待研究的问题。The shear spinning technology of conical parts is a rotary forming method for thin-walled conical parts developed on the basis of powerful spinning technology.This method can significantly improve production efficiency while ensuring product quality and forming accuracy.The shear spinning test and simulation research of cone-shaped parts were reviewed in recent years.The main directions of the current cone-shaped part shear-spinning research were analyzed,and the law of the influence of various process parameters on the forming quality was summarized.The causes of wrinkles,non-sticking and other defects and improvement measures were introduced,and development direction of shear spinning of tapered parts was introduced.Finally,the urgent studied problem of the shear spinning of conical parts was pointed out.
