摘  要:采用双温段热轧法制备了两组7种不同工艺的镁铝层合板,对比研究了其界面演化程度及拉伸性能,分析了工艺参数与层合板界面形态、拉伸性能之间的关系。结果表明:采用350~450℃、4~5道次的4种工艺制备的层合板界面扩散结合程度与力学性能较好;其中4道次、总压下率71.4%制备的层合板性能最佳,扩散层厚度达到13.1μm,沿RD、TD的抗拉强度分别为162.93、194.98 MPa;而5道次、总压下率64.3%制备的层合板各向异性最小,扩散层厚度为9.1μm,沿RD、TD的抗拉强度分别为170.82、181.71 MPa。Seven kinds(two groups)of magnesium-aluminum laminates with different processes were prepared by the double-temperature stage hot rolling method.The interface evolution and tensile properties were compared and studied.The relationship between the process parameters and the interface morphology and tensile properties of the laminates was analyzed.The results show that the laminates with four processes rolled at 350-450℃and 4-5 passes have better interface diffusion bonding and mechanical properties.Among them,laminates prepared with 4 passes and a total reduction of 71.4%have the best properties,the thickness of its diffusion layer reaches 13.1μm,and the tensile strengths along RD and TD are 162.93 MPa and 194.98 MPa,respectively.The laminate prepared by 5 passes and a total reduction ratio of 64.3%has the smallest anisotropy and the thickness of its diffusion layer is 9.1μm,and the tensile strengths along RD and TD are 170.82 MPa and 181.71 MPa,respectively.
