摘 要:针对TA2/304不锈钢(SS)和TA2/T2复合板在焊接过程中过渡层易生成脆性的Ti-Fe、Ti-Cu金属间化合物而降低焊接接头的性能的问题,使用激光-感应加热焊接技术连接复合板。对基层金属TA2使用激光对接焊,使用感应加热设备熔化BCuP-2焊丝填充坡口并连接复层金属304 SS和T2。由于TA2与BCuP-2焊丝之间的熔点差异较大,在感应加热熔化焊丝过程中不会熔化基层金属TA2母材及其焊缝,只在与基层焊缝处发生少量的元素扩散并形成一个很窄的过渡层。在过渡层未形成脆性的Ti-Fe和Ti-Cu金属间化合物。通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了焊接接头的微观结构和组成成分。过渡层主要由Cu、Cu3P和α-Ti组成。沿垂直于焊缝方向取试件进行拉伸试验,接头的抗拉强度为600 MPa。During the welding of TA2/304 stainless steel(SS)and TA2/T2 bimetallic sheets,the formation of brittle Ti-Fe and Ti-Cu intermetallic compounds in transition layer reduces the performance of the welded joint.The laser-induction heating welding technology was used to join the bimetallic sheets.For base metal TA2,laser butt welding was used,the cladding layer metals 304 SS and T2 were joined by using induction heating equipment to melt BCuP-2 wire to fill the groove.Because the melting points of TA2 and BCuP-2 wire have a large difference,the base metal TA2 and its weld will not melt during the process of melting the wire by induction heating,only a small amount of element diffusion occurs and a very narrow transition layer forms at the interface between the base metal's weld.And brittle Ti-Fe and Ti-Cu intermetallic compounds are not formed in the transition layer.The microstructures of the welded joint were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The structure of the transition layer is mainly composed of Cu,Cu3P andα-Ti.Specimen was taken along the direction perpendicular to the weld,and the tensile test was carried out.The tensile strength of the joint is 600 MPa.
