摘  要:在10 mm厚TA5钛合金板上开展了不同CMT(冷金属过渡技术)占比的CMT+P混合过渡单道堆焊试验。结果表明:较大的CMT占比,单道焊缝截面呈“门拱形”,不利于熔池对平板的润湿和焊缝的有效填充。将一个循环周期内的CMT数量保持为1,改变脉冲数量对润湿性改变不明显;同时,较高的Pulse/CMT切换频率会带来更大的飞溅。一个周期内Pulse与CMT的数量分别控制在60和20,不但焊缝成型较好,飞溅也抑制较好;对焊缝进行了射线检测,几乎没有气孔和其它缺陷。对焊接接头进行了金相和硬度检测,焊缝未出现硬化,满足使用要求,CMT-P混合过渡时焊缝区晶粒更为细小。Single pass surfacing experiments were carried out by using CMT+P mix transition welding with different CMT(cold metal tarasfer)ratio on 10 mm thick TA5 titanium alloy plate.The results show that the single pass weld section is portal arch under big CMT ratio,which is not conductive to wettability of weld pool on the plate and effective deposition of the weld.When the number of CMT is kept as 1,the effect of the change of pluse number in a cycle on the wettability is not obvious.While the high Pluse/CMT transfer frequency leads to greater spatter.The weld formation is smoother and the spatter is lower when the Pulse and CMT numbers remain 60 and 20 in a cycle respectively.The DR test results of the welds show that there are no pores and other defects in the joint.The metallographic and hardness tests of the welded joints were carried out.The weld zone has no hardening phenomenon,which fulfills the use requirement,and the grains of weld zone of CMT-P mix transition are finer.
