金露梅化学成分及药理活性的研究进展

摘　　要：金露梅(Dasiphora fruticose.)的根、茎、叶、花和枝都具有非常强的药理活性。经过多年的系统研究发现,金露梅的主要化学成分是黄酮类、三萜类、多糖类、鞣质和醌类等,具有美白、抗心肌缺血、抗氧化、降血糖血脂、抗菌、抗炎、抗癌等多种药理活性。文章综述了金露梅的化学成分和主要药理作用,以期为金露梅的深入研究及产品开发提供参考。The roots,stems,leaves,flowers and branches ofDasiphora fruticose are very pharmacologically active.After years of systematic research,it has been found that the main chemical components of Dasiphora fruticose are flavonoids,triterpenoids,polysaccharides,tannins and quinones,etc.,which have a variety of pharmacological activities such as whitening,anti-myocardial ischemia,antioxidant,hypoglycemic lipid,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anticancer and so on.This paper reviews the chemical composition and main pharmacological effects of Dasiphora fruticose in order to provide reference forDasiphora fruticose in-depth research and product development.
