摘　　要：自第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究启动以来,青海省结合第二次青藏科考工作的性质和青藏高原的地理特点,深入分析了在高海拔地区野外科考工作的安全保障、人员组成及服务难点、科考数据资源管理困难等问题,提出了针对第二次青藏科考的标准化服务保障机制。文章在探讨信息化服务保障模式、数据储存共享平台和线下服务保障模式相结合的服务保障机制为第二次青藏科考工作的顺利开展提供重要支撑作用的基础上,也为其他的科考工作及服务保障提供重要参考依据。Since the launch of the Second Comprehensive Scientific Expedition and Research to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,combining the nature of the Second Qinghai-Tibet Scientific Expedition and the geographical characteristics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,in Qinghai Province we has made an in-depth analysis of the safety,personnel composition and service difficulties,as well as in the management of scientific data resources in high-altitude areas.A service guarantee mechanism for the standardization of the Second Qinghai-Tibet Scientific Expedition is put forward.This paper discusses the service guarantee mechanism combining the information service guarantee model,data storage and sharing platform and offline service guarantee model,which provides important supporting role for the smooth development of the Second Qinghai-Tibet Scientific Expedition,and also provides an important reference basis for other scientific research work and service guarantee.
