以就业为导向的人才培养模式探索--以先进设计与增材制造智慧学习工场(2020)项目为例

摘　　要：以先进设计与增材制造智慧学习工场(2020)项目例,从项目背景、人才培养方法、主要建设内容和建成效果等方面对以就业为导向的人才培养模式进行了探索,提出了深化产教融合的具体方法和提升学生就业竞争力的方法,表明了以就业为导向的人才培养模式,对解决企业用人和学生就业最后一公里难题的有效作用。A case study of advanced design and additive manufacturing intelligent learning workshop(2020)project is conducted in the research and the employment-oriented personnel training mode is explored from background,talents cultivation methods,main construction content and the expected results.The author put forward the concrete methods to deepen the integration of production and education and promote students’employment competitiveness.The research results show that the talent training mode with employment as the guidance plays effective role in solving the problem encountered in the last phase of employment for enterprises and students.
