摘　　要：目的探讨家庭亲密度和适应性在结直肠癌患者领悟社会支持与癌症复发恐惧间的中介作用。方法2022年4-10月,便利抽样法选取济南市某三级甲等医院肿瘤中心的结直肠癌患者224例为研究对象,采用恐惧疾病进展简化量表、家庭亲密度和适应性量表、领悟社会支持量表等对其进行调查。结果结直肠癌患者癌症复发恐惧、领悟社会支持、家庭亲密度和适应性得分分别为(33.28±7.81)分、(63.83±10.27)分、(72.00±7.33)分和(50.61±6.27)分。结直肠癌患者领悟社会支持负向预测癌症复发恐惧(β=-0.149,β=-0.143),家庭亲密度和适应性分别负向预测癌症复发恐惧(β=-0.158,β=-0.149),均P<0.05。家庭亲密度和适应性在领悟社会支持与癌症复发恐惧间起部分中介效应,中介效应量分别为-0.036和-0.042。结论家庭亲密度和适应性在结直肠癌患者领悟社会支持和癌症复发水平间起部分中介作用,这对改善患者癌症复发恐惧具有一定现实意义。Objective To explore the mediating effect of family cohesion and adaptability between perceived social support and fear of cancer recurrence in colorectal cancer patients.Methods From April to October 2022,a total of 224 colorectal cancer patients from a level-3 grade-A hospital in Jinan,Shandong province,were selected by the convenience sampling method,who were surveyed by general information questionnaire,fear of progression questionnaire-short form,family cohesion and adaptability scale,and perceived social support scale.Results The scores of fear of cancer recurrence,perceived social support,family cohesion and adaptability of the colorectal cancer patients were(33.28±7.81),(63.83±10.27),(72.00±7.33),and(50.61±6.27),respectively.Among the colorectal cancer patients,perceived social support negatively predicted the fear of cancer recurrence(β=-0.149,β=-0.143),and family cohesion and adaptability negatively predicted the fear of cancer recurrence(β=-0.158,β=-0.149,all P<0.05).Family cohesion and adaptability had a partial mediating effect between perceived social support and fear of cancer recurrence,and the mediating effect sizes were-0.036 and-0.042,respectively.Conclusions Family cohesion and adaptability have partially mediate effect between perceived social support and fear of cancer recurrence in colorectal cancer patients,which have a certain practical significance for improving patients’fear of cancer recurrence.
