摘 要:框架-核心筒结构是超高层建筑中最常见的结构体系之一,当外框采用钢筋混凝土时通常具有较好的经济性,但由于结构自重较大,构件尺寸也往往较大,需要在经济性和建筑品质两者之间做好平衡。以广州增城某综合发展项目办公塔楼为例,介绍了C80混凝土在超高层钢筋混凝土偏筒结构中的应用。研究表明,通过高强混凝土和高强钢的应用,在兼顾经济性的同时可有效减小外框柱的截面尺寸,提高建筑品质和结构抗震性能,高强材料在超高层结构中具有广阔应用场景。The frame-corewall structure is one of the most common structural systems in super high-rise buildings.When the outer frame is made of reinforced concrete,it usually has good economy.However,due to the large weight of the structure and the large size of the components,it is necessary to balance the economy and building space quality.Taking the office tower of a comprehensive development proj‐ect in Zengcheng as an example,the application of C80 concrete in super high-rise eccentric RC frame-corewall structure is introduced.The research shows that the application of high-strength concrete and high-strength steel can effectively reduce the section size of the outer frame column,improve the building space quality and structural seismic performance while giving consideration to the economy.High strength mate‐rials have broad application scenarios in super high-rise structures.
