摘 要:开孔板连接件是一种承载力高、刚度大、经济性好的新型抗剪连接件,在钢-混组(混)合结构中应用前景广阔。为探究不同工程结构中开孔板连接件的承载力计算方法,对国内外相关研究成果进行了梳理,分析了不同推出试件形式下开孔板连接件的受力特征,探讨了几何尺寸、构造形式、材料强度等参数对连接件抗剪性能的影响。基于开孔板连接件构造特征及传力机理,提出了适于不同开孔板连接件构造的承载力计算方法。结果表明:开孔板连接件构造形式、混凝土强度、开孔钢板孔径大小及贯穿钢筋直径对其极限承载能力有较大影响。利用文章提出的钢混组(混)合梁PBL承载力计算方法,获得的计算值与试验值具备优良的相关性。The perforated plate connector is a new type of shear connector with high bearing capacity,high rigidity and good economy,and it has a broad application prospect in steel-concrete composite structures.In order to explore the calculation method of bearing capacity of perforated plate connectors in different engineering structures,the related research results at home and abroad were combed,the mechani‐cal characteristics of perforated plate connectors under different push-out specimen forms were analyzed,and the influences of geometric di‐mensions,structural forms,material strength and other parameters on the shear performance of connectors were discussed.Based on the struc‐tural characteristics and force transmission mechanism of perforated plate connectors,the bearing capacity calculation method suitable for dif‐ferent perforated plate connectors is put forward.The results show that the structural form of perforated plate connector,concrete strength,aperture size of perforated steel plate and diameter of penetrating steel bar have great influence on its ultimate bearing capacity.Using the PBL bearing capacity calculation method of steel-concrete composite beams proposed in this paper,the calculated values have excellent corre‐lation with the experimental values.
