摘　　要：本文结合日照钢铁有限公司1580热轧带钢高压浊环水系统改造中对汇川变频器的应用,重点介绍了汇川变频器在高压浊环水系统如何根据系统的流量和压力来进行变频调速控制,以保证高压浊环水系统的稳定运行,提升电机节电空间,创造了较好的经济效益。Based on the application of Huichuan frequency converter in the transformation of high pressure turbid ring water system of Rizhao Steel Co.,LTD.158o hot rolled strip steel,this paper focuses on how Huichuan frequency converter carries out variable frequency speed control in high pressure turbid ring water system according to the flow rate and pressure of the system,so as to ensure the stable operation of high pressure turbid ring water system,improve the power saving space of the motor and create better economic benefits.
