摘　　要：数字经济战略的提出,是国家在经济发展新形势下提出的新增长引擎,是整合各方有效资源实现传统产业转型升级的重要手段。在数字经济战略的时代背景下,联系中医药产业健康发展的薄弱环节,思考互联网、大数据技术对中医药诊疗、科研等方面的促进意义及结合应用模式。旨在基于中医药诊疗、科研过程中“五要素”联盟链模式的构想,探讨“知识共享平台”“联盟链”“云病历”等数字经济模式、技术应用于中医药产业的必要性、可行性。Digital economy strategy is a new growth engine put forward by our country under the new situation of economic development,and is an important means to integrate effective resources of all parties to realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Under the era background of digital economy strategy,in connection with the weak links in the healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,the promotion significance of Internet and big data technologies to the diagnosis,treatment and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine as well as the combined application mode were considered.Based on the conception of the"five elements"alliance chain model in the process of diagnosis,treatment and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper aims to discuss the necessity and feasibility of applying digital economy models and technologies such as"knowledge sharing platform","alliance chain"and"cloud medical record"to traditional Chinese medicine industry.
