摘　　要：锅铲藤,为傣族、景颇族、彝族等少数民族广泛使用的民族药,在云南地区有着悠久的药用历史,药部位有叶、藤茎或者根。锅铲藤常用于治疗肝炎、肝腹水、肾炎、肾虚阳痿、月经不调、风湿麻木等疾病,但其抗炎药理机制、临床使用及质量标准的系统研究尚属缺失。本文通过对锅铲藤本草考证、生药学鉴别、化学成分、药理、临床作用及少数民族药用经验情况进行文献总结和分析。明确锅铲藤药材的基原植物,以期为其进一步的开发利用和合理临床使用提供参考。Caulis Passifrorae is a widely used ethnic medicine for the Dai,Jingpo,Yi and other ethnic minorities,and it has a long history of medicinal use in Yunnan.The medicinal sites include leaves,rattan stems or roots.Caulis Passifrorae is often used to treat diseases such as hepatitis,hepatic ascites,deficiency of the kidney,erectile dysfunction,irregular menstruation,rheumatism and numbness.However,systematic studies on its anti-inflammatory pharmacological mechanism,clinical use and quality standard are still lacking.This paper summarized and analyzed Chinese materia medica textual research,pharmacognosy identification,chemical composition,pharmacology,clinical effects and the experience of ethnic minority medicinal use of Caulis Passifrorae.The basic plant of Caulis Passifrorae was clarified to provide reference for its further development and utilization and rational clinical use.
