摘 要:风电增速箱是风力发电系统的关键部件,其传动性能的优劣直接关系到风电系统能否可靠运行。NW型行星齿轮因其具有结构紧凑、承载能力及传递功率范围大等优点被应用于风电增速箱中,但NW型行星齿轮的齿面易发生载荷集中现象、传动误差较大,从而通常会使齿轮的使用寿命缩短并且使它们在风力发电机组中的广泛应用受到限制。齿轮修形常被用来改善齿轮传动性能,然而,传统修形技术尚无法有效地解决上述问题。为此,同时综合考虑了齿轮单位长度载荷以及传递误差对传动性能的影响,结合齿向修形和齿廓修形的优势,并基于接触斑点、啮合错位量等仿真分析结果,提出了一种兼顾降低传动误差与改善齿面集中载荷的齿轮综合修形方法。应用该方法对NW型行星齿轮内外啮合齿轮副分别进行修形,并对修形效果进行了仿真验证。分析结果表明,相比于未修形的状态,内外啮合齿轮副最大单位长度载荷分别降低了17.21%、24.16%;传动误差分别降低了22.64%、35.23%,可见综合修形同时改善了齿轮传动误差和齿面载荷分布,从而提高了风电增速箱中齿轮的传动性能和使用寿命,对风力发电的发展具有重要研究意义。The wind power speed-increasing box is a key component of the wind power generation system.Its transmission performance is directly related to the reliable operation of the wind power system.NW-type planetary gears were used in wind power speed-increasing boxes due to their advantages of compact structure,large carrying capacity and large transmission power range.However,the tooth surface of NW-type planetary gears is prone to load concentration and large transmission error,which usually shortens the service life of the gears and limits their wide application in the wind turbine generator set.Gear trimming is a common method for improving gear transmission performance.However,the traditional gear trimming technology cannot effectively solve the above problems.Therefore,considering the influence of unit length load and transmission error on transmission performance,combined with the advantages of tooth modification and tooth profile modification,and based on the simulation analysis results of contact spots and meshing misalignment,a comprehensive gear modification method that takes into account the reduction of transmission error and the improvement of concentrated load on tooth surface were proposed.The inner and outer meshing gear pairs of the NW-type planetary gear were modified by the method,and the effect was verified by simulation.The analysis results show that compared with the unmodified state,the maximum unit length load of the internal and external meshing gear pairs are reduced by 17.21%and 24.16%respectively,and the transmission error of the internal and external meshing gear pairs are reduced by 22.64%and 35.23%respectively.It can be seen that the comprehensive modification improves the gear transmission error and the tooth surface load distribution at the same time.Thereby,the transmission performance and service life of the gears in the wind power speed-increasing box are improved,which has important research significance for the development of wind power generation.
