摘  要:近年来,虚拟显示作为飞机结构静强度虚拟试验中的重要功能之一,在航空结构试验领域获得了广泛应用,促进了虚实融合试验新模式的发展。系统梳理了当前航空虚拟试验中的关键问题,基于自主CAE图形引擎SABRE.visual,从试验数据实时监控处理、三维云图快速绘制、试验应变片快速定位及关联显示及支持多镜头的用户界面设计等4个方面总结了在虚拟显示领域的关键技术探索,形成了一款虚拟显示软件,具备试验应变数据三维云图实时显示和试验应变片快速定位及关联显示功能,并在航空型号试验现场进行了应用,结果表明效果显著。In recent years,as one of the important functions in the static strength virtual test of aircraft structure,virtual display has been widely used in the field of aviation structure test,which promotes the development of the new model of virtual and real fusion test.The key problems in the current aviation virtual test were systematically sorted out.Based on the independent CAE graphics engine SABRE.visual,the technical exploration in the field of virtual display were summarized from four aspects:real-time monitoring and processing of test data,rapid drawing of three-dimensional cloud map,rapid positioning and associated display of test strain gauge and user interface design supporting multi-lens.A virtual display software was formed,which has the functions of real-time display of threedimensional cloud map of test strain data and rapid positioning and correlation display of test strain gauge.It has been applied in the field of aviation model test,and the effect is remarkable.
