摘　　要：某金矿位于黑龙江省黑河市,为了降低粉尘污染,其选矿厂需要进行技术改造,对大跨度空间结构进行封闭。本文结合工艺布置,充分利用材料强度进行空间球面网壳结构设计,采用仿真软件对结构的复杂节点进行有限元分析。其间结合单层球面网壳设计参数,开展内力分析、稳定性分析和多尺度节点分析,为空间球面网壳结构设计提供一套合理的方法。A gold mine is located in Heihe City,Heilongjiang Province,in order to reduce dust pollution,its concentrator needs to carry out technical transformation and close the large-span spatial structure.Combining with the process layout,this paper fully utilizes material strength for the design of spatial spherical reticulated shell structure,and uses simulation software to conduct finite element analysis of the complex nodes of the structure.In the meantime,internal force analysis,stability analysis and multi-scale nodal analysis are carried out in combination with the design parameters of single-layer spherical reticulated shells,so as to provide a reasonable method for the design of spatial spherical reticulated shell structure.
