摘  要:电镀废水处理过程会产生电镀污泥,其成分复杂,重金属含量高,若不妥善处理,极易造成二次污染。本文结合具体案例,调查研究区典型电镀污泥的产生情况,然后开展浸出毒性分析、资源利用性分析和工业分析,以明确其污染特性。结果表明,电镀污泥样品的重金属浸出毒性较高,部分超过相关国家标准限值,并且氟化物含量高,环境风险大;污泥中铁、铜、镍、锌、铬等金属含量较高,具有一定的资源化回收潜力;电镀污泥含水率高,热值较低,不宜进行焚烧处置,对其进行源头减量化可以进一步降低环境风险,减少处置成本。The treatment process of electroplating wastewater will generate electroplating sludge,which has complex components and high heavy metal content,if not properly treated,it is highly likely to cause secondary pollution.Based on specific cases,this paper investigates the production of typical electroplating sludge in the research area,and then conducts leaching toxicity analysis,resource utilization analysis,and industrial analysis to clarify its pollution characteristics.The results show that the heavy metal leaching toxicity of electroplating sludge samples is relatively high,some of which exceed the relevant national standard limits,and the fluoride content is high,posing a high environmental risk;the content of metals such as iron,copper,nickel,zinc,and chromium in sludge is relatively high,which has a certain potential for resource recovery;electroplating sludge has a high moisture content and low calorific value,making it unsuitable for incineration disposal,and source reduction can further reduce environmental risks and reduce disposal costs.
