摘　　要：角是动物在长期进化过程中演化出的组织结构,是反刍动物最具标志性的结构之一,对牛的生存和繁衍具有重要作用。但在现代集约化的肉牛养殖业中,牛角的存在往往引发了一系列问题,对肉牛养殖行业的发展产生了阻碍,所以对于肉牛无角性状的研究非常重要。该文介绍了肉牛角形态结构和发育特点,并对近年来研究的无角和角发育的相关基因进行了归纳,还对一些无角肉牛培育的方法进行了介绍,旨在对肉牛无角性状研究和肉牛无角新品种培育提供一些参考。Horn is the tissue structure evolved by animals in the process of long-term evolution,and is one of the most iconic structures of ruminants,which plays an important role in the survival and reproduction of cattle.However,in the modern intensive beef cattle breeding industry,the existence of horns often causes a series of problems,which hinders the development of the beef cattle breeding industry,so the study of hornless traits of beef cattle is very important.This paper introduces the morphological structure and developmental characteristics of beef cattle horns,summarizes the genes related to hornless and horned development studied in recent years,and introduces some methods of hornless beef cattle breeding,aiming to provide some references for the research on hornless traits of beef cattle and the cultivation of new hornless varieties of beef cattle.
