摘　　要：晋南牛是中国地方品种,其肉用性能好、适应性强、繁殖性能及疾病抗性强。该文根据晋南牛现状,探究了晋南牛的保种、选育与利用,并提出相应的措施和建议,以期进一步促进对晋南牛地方品种的资源化利用。Jinnan cattle are a local breed in China,with good meat performance,adaptability,reproductive performance,and strong disease resistance.Based on the current situation of Jinnan cattle,this article explores the conservation,breeding,and utilization of Jinnan cattle,and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions to further promote the resource utilization of local Jinnan cattle varieties.
