摘　　要：草原植物及次生代谢物在人类生活、生产中不可或缺,也是医药、轻工、化工、食品、农药、饲料等行业的宝贵原材料。对近年国内外草原植物的次生代谢物如黄酮、生物碱、皂苷、苯丙素等的研究现状和生物活性进行总结,归纳了黄芪、沙葱、黄花棘豆、沙棘、亚麻籽等常见草原植物及其次生代谢物作为饲料添加剂对牲畜生产性能、免疫力、肉品质等的影响,以期为草原植物及其次生代谢物相关研究提供参考。Grassland plants and their secondary metabolites are indispensable in human life and production.They are also precious raw materials for industries such as medicine,light industry,chemical industry,food,pesticide and feed.This review summarizes the research status and biological activities of secondary metabolites of grassland plants such as flavonoids,alkaloids,saponins,and phenylpropanoid in recent years,and summarizes the effects of common grassland plants andtheir secondary metabolites such as Astragalus membranaceus,Allium mongolicum,Oxytropis,seabuckthorn and flaxseed as feed additives on the production performance,immunity,and meat quality of livestock.It is hoped that this will provide a reference for research on grassland plants and their secondary metabolites.
