摘 要:通过研究系统化的专利创新方法来实现专利的挖掘与创新。首先明确需要创新的技术领域中的研究对象,对核心专利检索分析后,采用资源分析方法列出系统资源。运用奥斯本检核表法激发思维活动,结合系统资源确定创新目标和方向。最后利用TRIZ理论的求解工具,解决各个创新目标和方法的技术问题,从而获得新的专利方案。该研究形成了基于TRIZ理论与奥斯本检核表法的专利创新流程及方法,应用百叶窗结构的启发进行了专利创新案例分析。运用此方法可快速利用现有技术问题或现有专利完成新专利的创新设计。Patent mining and innovation are achieved by studying systematic patent innovation methods.Firstly,this paper clarifies the research objects in the technology fields that need to be innovated.After searching and analyzing the core patents,the resource analysis method is used to list the system resources.The Osborne checklist method is used to stimulate thinking activities,and the system resources are combined to determine innovation goals and directions.Finally,using the solving tools of TRIZ theory,the technical problems of each innovation goal and method are solved,so as to obtain new patent solutions.The study forms a patent innovation process and method based on TRIZ theory and Osborne's checklist method,and a patent innovation case study is conducted by applying the inspiration of shutter structure.Using this method,the innovative design of a new patent can be completed quickly by using existing technical problems or existing patents.
