摘　　要：烟草定级存储仓储物流系统是智能仓储物流系统在烟草行业的一次关键应用,针对性地解决了烟草企业对于智能化、信息化物流仓储的迫切需要。系统通过集成计算机技术、自动控制技术、条形码识别技术、数据库技术、通信技术、立体仓库等多种技术,实现了烟草物料的物流、仓储等环节的自动化运作,以及物流仓储过程的智能化配置和物料信息的信息化管理。经过实践验证,系统解决了过去使用人工平库运输效率低、存储空间利用率低、物料批次混乱、易出错等问题。烟草定级仓储物流系统大大提高了产品的物流存储效率,同时减少了人工参与的比例,产生了良好的社会与经济效益,具备在烟草行业中推广的可行性。The tobacco grading and storage logistics system mentioned in this paper is a key application of intelligent warehousing and logistics system in tobacco industry,which solves the urgent need of tobacco enterprises for intelligentized and informationized logistics and storage.The system integrates computer technology,automatic control technology,bar code identification technology,database technology,communication technology,automated warehouse and other technologies.The automatic operations of tobacco materials,such as logistics and storage,as well as intelligentized logistics and warehousing,informationized management of materials,are realized.Through practice,the system solves the problems such as low efficiency of transportation,low utilization of storage space,confusion of material batch and error-prone in the past.The tobacco grading and storage logistics system greatly improves the efficiency of product logistics storage,reduces the proportion of artificial participation,produces good social and economic benefits,and has the feasibility of popularization in tobacco industry.
