居业协同人居模式下的乡村未来社区建设模式探讨

摘　　要：共同富裕的本质是人类对美好社会和美好生活的追求,未来社区是实现人民群众对美好生活向往的重要载体。浙江在全国率先提出“未来社区”,明确将其作为建设共同富裕现代化示范区的基本单元,赋予社区形态新内涵。衢州龙游县溪口镇“乡村未来社区”建设,以满足人民群众对美好生活的需要为根本目标,打造集优良宜居、有源有脉、创新创业、共治共建、邻里和睦、智慧治理于一体的居业协同人居模式,通过“四化九场景”的价值坐标和功能集成推动人与社会、人与自然、人与技术和谐共处,以及信用+治理的制度创新及CIM社区全息系统,将美好生活的社区新形态新模式推向实践发展的新阶段。Zhejiang has taken the lead in proposing the"future community"in China,and clearly regards it as the basic unit of building a modern common prosperity demonstration zone,giving the community new connotations.In order to meet the needs of the people for a better life,the"Rural Future Community"project located in Xikou Town,Longyou County,Quzhou City,is constructed to create a coordinated living and working model with sound livability,active connections,excellent innovation,shared governance,harmonious neighborhood and smart management.Through the"4+9"community construction model,the project aims to promote the harmonious coexistence of people and society,people and nature,people and technology,as well as the institutional innovation of credit+governance and CIM community holographic system,which could upgrade the new form and new model of a better life community to a new practical development stage.
