摘　　要：本文基于国家实施健康中国战略及浙江省未来社区全面开展建设的政策背景,针对浙江省未来社区第一批试点项目,以湖州頔塘文化中心项目为例,分析该项目采用的与绿色建筑技术相结合的健康建筑适用性技术,助力浙江省未来社区项目提升人民幸福感及体验感,打造可复制可推广的的高品质绿色健康示范工程。Based on the national implementation of the Healthy China Strategy and the policy background of comprehensive construction of future communities in Zhejiang Province,this paper introduce Huzhou Ditang Culture Center Project,one of the first batch of Zhejiang Future Community projects,and analyzes the applicability technology of healthy buildings combined with Green Building technology,so as to provide case support for future community projects in Zhejiang Province to improve people’s happiness and sense of experience.Meanwhile,this project will be built into a high-quality,green and healthy demonstration project that can be popularized and replicated.
