摘　　要：本文以北京亦庄N20蓝领公寓项目为例,从装配式钢结构模块化建筑的历史发展与应用场景分析为切入点,总结梳理了我国现阶段模块化钢结构技术标准的主要内容,给出了针对不同建筑高度下的钢结构模块结构体系方案的选择建议。通过分析N20项目在模块化技术应用过程之中的实践与探索,提出现阶段模块化建筑实践与探索过程之中的问题与思考,为我国发展模块化建筑的这种新型建造方式提供了解决方案。Taking N20 blue collar apartment project in Beijing Yizhuang as an example,this paper introduces the historical development and application scenarios of prefabricated steel modular building,summarizes the main content of the current technical standards of modular building with steel structure in China,and proposes suggestions for selecting modular steel structure system solutions for different building heights.By analyzing the practice and exploration of N20 project in the application process of modular technology,the paper puts forward the problems and thoughts in the practice and exploration process of modular building at present stage,and provides solutions for the development of this new construction method of modular building in China.
