摘　　要：建筑风格与时代背景、文化紧密相关,建筑的营造法式折射着社会进程,对建筑的千万评价里无论是批判或是歌颂的声音,都是历史标本的价值体现。在历史的长河中,民国政治制度昙花一现,但民国建筑却千娇百媚地绽放了这一时期独特的文化。如何做好建筑文化遗产的保护传承,同时使其能够融入现代生活,不仅是政府部门思考的问题,也是一线从业者的责任。本文结合笔者自身在龙泉西街保护项目的实施经历,介绍近现代建筑调查分析研究及保护策略。Architectural style is closely related to the background and culture of The Times,and the construction of architecture reflects the social process.Whether it is the voice of criticism or praise in the evaluation of architecture,it is the value of historical specimens.In the long history,the political system of the Republic of China was short-lived,but the architecture of the Republic of China blossomed the unique culture of this period.How to protect and inherit architectural cultural heritage and integrate it into modern life is not only a problem for government departments,but also the responsibility as a front-line practitioner.Based on the author's own experience in the conservation project of Longquan West Street,this paper introduces the investigation,analysis and protection strategy of modern architecture.
