摘　　要：文章以推动中职《WPS办公应用》教材建构为目的,结合学生在校企合作中实施的具体项目——美团账单月报生成,设计了一种自动化办公系统。学生在校企合作实践中,基于合作企业对下属美团商家月报表生成的需要,从需求分析入手,设计了一套能实现自动化生成的办公系统,从而将所学知识通过实践进行消化和应用。In order to promote the construction of the textbook WPS Of fice Application in secondary vocational schools,this paper designs an automated office system based on the specific project implemented by students in schoolenterprise cooperation-the generation of Meituan monthly bill reports.In the practice of school-enterprise cooperation,based on the needs of cooperative enterprises for the generation of monthly reports of subordinate meituan merchants,starting from demand analysis,students designed an office system that can realize automatic generation,so as to digest and apply the learned knowledge through practice.
