摘　　要：为提高卫生基建项目进度统计和管理信息上报速度与质量,加强项目建设的监督与管理,需分析管理需求,明确网络直报系统的功能用途;确定功能框架和工作流程;科学设计指标体系,把项目进度指标和跟踪审计等重要管理指标设计在网络直报信息中并明确填报;确定汇总指标和汇总方式;最后建立填报管理规则确保正常运转。通过建立数据图文兼顾的省级卫生基建项目网络直报管理系统,使其在计划用途方面取得了显著效果。随着卫生建设项目资金渠道增加、数量规模扩大以及互联网技术的发展,所建立系统能够较好满足加强项目管理的需要。To improve the speed and quality of progress statistics and management information reporting for health infrastructure projects,and to strengthen the supervision and management of project construction.It is necessary to analyze management requirements and clarify the functional purposes of the network direct reporting system.Determine the functional framework and workflow.Scientifically design an indicator system,incorporating important management indicators such as project progress indicators and tracking audits into the online reporting information and clearly filling them out.Determine summary indicators and methods.Finally,establish reporting management rules to ensure normal operation.By establishing a provincial health infrastructure project network direct reporting management system that combines data,graphics,and text,it has achieved significant results in terms of planned use.With the increase in funding channels for health construction projects,the expansion of quantity and scale,and the development of internet technology,the established system can better meet the needs of strengthening project management.
