摘 要:近年来,随着我国国民生活水平极大提高,人口肥胖问题日渐凸显,目前已成为各年龄层都需关注的健康问题。随着计算机信息技术的高速发展,健康管理类产品尤其是热量监测管理型APP的使用已成为大势所趋。因此,探寻热量监测管理型APP这一产品的发展潜力和发展对策,对于降低人口肥胖率与改善身体健康有重要意义。文章结合目前热量监测管理型APP的市场现状,对热量监测管理型APP的发展方向与对策提出建议。In recent years,the living standard of the Chinese people has been greatly improved and the population obesity problem is increasingly prominent,which has become a health problem that all ages need to pay attention to.With the rapid development of computer information technology,the application of health management products,especially heat monitoring and management APP,has become an irresistible trend.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the future development potential and countermeasures of heat monitoring and management APP for reducing population obesity rate and improving physical health.Based on the current market status of heat monitoring and management APP,this paper puts forward suggestions on the development direction and countermeasures of heat monitoring and management APP.
