摘　　要：针对鲁胶州沿海地区具代表性的聚落——王台村聚落展开研究,首先通过肌理提炼、场地还原等方法,绘制肌理空间布局图,并总结出该村落特殊的聚落生长规律;通过回溯聚落的生长过程,提炼总结该聚落特殊的空间特色,例如“内向院落”“曲折街巷”“散点空地”等;在后续的空间更新设计中,重点考虑如何将这些空间特色延续下去,具体通过“打开与重构”“保存与再现”“修补与生长”等方法对原有空间进行更新改造,试图创造一种继承原有空间特色的新型乡村聚落空间,为乡村更新改造提供一种新的设计思路和尝试。This paper studies Wangtai village,a representative settlement in the coastal area of Jiaozhou City in Shandong Province.Firstly,through the methods of texture extraction and site restoration,the paper draws the texture spatial layout map,and summarizes the special settlement growth law of this village.By reviewing the growth process of the settlement,the special spatial attributes of the settlement are extracted and summarized,such as“inward courtyard”,“winding streets and alleys”,“scatter space”,and so on.In the next stage of updating the design space,special emphasis will be put on how to preserve the special characteristics,especially using the methods of opening and reconstruction,preservation and representation,and repair and renovation to upgrade and reconstruct the original space.It aims to create a new type of rural settlement space,which inherits the original space features,and to provide a new design idea and attempt for the rural renewal and reconstruction.
