浙江业缘型传统聚落的产业类型与聚落形态解析

摘　　要：业缘型聚落是由业缘关系产生的群体聚集形成的聚落。不同产业类型的聚落利用地形地貌与物质资源的优势,协调聚落生产与生活空间,形成业缘型聚落千姿百态的聚落形态。从农业养殖、手工制造及商业贸易三种业缘型传统聚落入手,剖析浙江传统聚落的选址、布局与聚落形态等方面特征,挖掘业缘型传统聚落在因势而据、组织生产,因物立业、居业并置,因水而通、因路而市等方面协调生产生活的营建策略,并提出传统聚落从产村互动、景村互动与多方互动的发展驱动路径,实现传统产业聚落的可持续发展。Industry settlement is a settlement formed by the aggregation of groups generated by industrial relationship.Settlements of different industrial types take advantage of topography and resources to coordinate production and living space of settlements,forming a variety of settlement forms of business margin type.This paper starts with three kinds of traditional industrial settlements,including agricultural breeding,manual manufacturing and commercial trade,analyzes the characteristics of site selection,layout and settlement form of traditional settlements in Zhejiang province,excavates the construction strategy of traditional industrial settlements in coordinating production and life,organizing production,establishing businesses and housing,and connecting water and roads,and proposes the development driving path of traditional settlements from industry village interaction,landscape village interaction,and multi-party interaction,in order to achieve the sustainable development of traditional industrial settlements.
