摘　　要：湘中地区传统民居受城市化影响,遭受到不同程度的同质化与损坏。文章以湘中娄底地区的“天井院落式”民居为例,在其独特的自然地理、历史人文背景下,对其民居选址、建筑形体、空间营造、构造装饰等方面进行分析。总结概括其在选址上追求“形胜”,在形体上讲究“中正”,在空间上注重“等级”,在构造上体现“实用”,在装饰上表现“质朴”的特征。Influenced by urbanization,the traditional dwellings in central Hunan have been homogenized and damaged to varying degrees.In this paper,taking the courtyard style dwellings in Loudi area of central Hunan Province as an example,under the background of its unique natural geography,history and humanities,the site selection,architectural form,space creation,structure and decoration,and other aspects of its dwellings are analyzed.It is concluded that it pursues the“shape”in site selection,pays attention to the“middle”in form,pays attention to the“grade”in space,embodies the“practical”in structure,and shows the“plain”in decoration.
