既有农房三生空间适老化改造设计方案探索——以陕西关中地区农村住宅为例

摘　　要：中国老龄化问题在农村地区尤为突出,农村老年人养老问题已成为社会关注的焦点。为了让农村老年人拥有更好的生活居住条件,文章从“生活—生产—生态”三生空间理论出发,对农村既有住宅存在的问题进行分析,提出了农房内生活、生产、生态空间的适老化更新改造方法,为今后农村住宅适老化设计提供参考。China’s aging problem is particularly prominent in rural areas,and rural elderly care has become the focus of social attention.In order to make the old people in rural areas have better living conditions,based on the theory of“living-productive-ecological space”,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the rural houses,and puts forward the renovation methods for the living,production and ecological space in rural houses suitable for the elderly.It provides a reference for the design of rural housing suitable for the aged in the future.
