摘　　要：基于建筑业信息化、标准化与工业化及绿色环保等要求,针对建筑围护体系重复建设、低标准生产、产品质量低下等问题,提出金属面绝热夹芯板围护系统快速可拆卸拼装技术,建立三维可视化技术绝热夹芯板快速拆卸模型,以三维可视化模型为信息共享基础,立体展现节点连接方式,动态全方面反映板面拆装过程,建立金属面绝热夹芯板围护系统标准化快拆体系,构建三维可视化金属面绝热夹芯板快速拆卸管理平台,旨在提高现阶段金属面绝热夹芯板围护体系的工业化建造完成度,规范围护体系结构设计、细化构件生产、施工安装、后期维护与管理等要求,旨在解决建筑围护体系的关键问题和技术难点,实现全面提高可拆卸建筑围护系统的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。Based on the requirements of informatization,standardization,industrialization and green environmental protection in the construction industry,in view of the problems of repeated construction,low-standard production and low product quality of building envelope system,this paper puts forward the quick disassembly and assembly technology of metal face insulation sandwich panel,and establishes the quick disassembly model of three-dimensional visualization technology for insulation sandwich panel.Then it takes the three-dimensional visualization model as the basis of information sharing,displays the connection mode of nodes in three dimensions,dynamically reflects the disassembly and assembly process of panel in all aspects,and establishes the standardized quick disassembly system of metal face insulation sandwich panel envelope system,and constructs the quick disassembly model of three-dimensional visualization for metal face insulation sandwich panel.The purpose of this paper is to improve the industrial construction degree of the metal-face insulation sandwich panel enclosure system at present,to standardize the requirements of the enclosure system structure design,detailed component production,construction and installation,later maintenance and management,etc.,and to solve the key problems and technical difficulties of the building enclosure system,thus comprehensively improving the environmental,social and economic benefits of the detachable building enclosure system.
